JOB DESCRIPTION: Update and manage data and communications, coordinate schedules, track deliverables and program metrics, tracking staffing processes, provide staffing updates on a regular and adhoc basis, contribute to the success of the program. SCOPE: Responsible for providing support to Project Management and or Division Management. Contract types include Cost Plus and Time & Materials. Works on problems of a diverse scope. Frequently interacts with outside customers/clients and functional peer groups. Coordinate with language testing companies. Evaluate future requirements with Program Manager and customer to ensure the pipeline candidate mix fits future needs. Work closely with Program Managers, recruiters and security officers to find qualified candidates in a timely manner for various opportunities. Create Reqs for new openings and tracks qualified. Interview candidates. Manage the candidates pipeline by ensuring all processes are being completed: Interview, test, security check, etc. Create and maintain a list of candidates to provide current statuses.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: Bachelors degree and 7+ years of managerial experience. Excellent communication and organization skills, strong knowledge of language support services, fluent in at least two languages, good with spreadsheets, obsessive attention to detail, solid writing skills (grammar and spelling), good team player skills, strong initiative in decision-making and assumption of responsibilities. DESIRE SKILLS: Previous work in the language-related field in the Intelligence community is preferred. Language proficiency is desired in one or more of the following languages: Arabic, Pashto, Dari, or Farsi.
