Description: Duties -
·



Collect, organize and maintain sales results/statistics on a weekly and monthly basis
·



Analyze sales results/statistics and present to Sr. Leadership team
·



Keep Company Control book updated with pertinent documents
·



Provide input to training needs for sales organization
·



Provide training to the sales organization as requested
·



Support



company lead generation campaigns by assigning leads to sales organization and providing reporting to marketing
·



Provide ad hoc reporting as requested
·



Interface with and support all functional groups and Sr. Leadership team as requested
·



Assist in development of



programs to increase sales
·



Implement new strategies and programs to support the sales organization
Skills-
·



Understanding of sales processes and cycles
·



In depth working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint



and especially Excel
o



Must be able to create forms and linked workbooks in Excel
·



Good communication skills, both written and oral
·



Self-directing, motivated, interested in learning new skills
·



Strong organizational skills – able both to follow procedural instructions and to create new ones
·



Familiarity with computers and the internet



Requirements-
·



College degree or equivalent work experience
·



3-5 Years prior sales management or sales support experience
·



Previous background in either wireless, fleet management or sales preferred
