Description: Directly supports the sales and service and investment efforts of PNC Advisors by providing day-to-day client service for high net worth individual clients. Performs a variety of specialized administrative support duties to the business function, enhancing the effectiveness of a PNC Advisors business segment. Establishes and maintains client satisfaction as the singular priority in all activities. Works to provide high quality of client service within the department.
Essential Functions:
Assists Advisors with the establishment of new accounts and/or Investment Advisors with daily administrative and investment process. Assumes responsibilities for non-routine and the most complex accounts. Monitors, identifies and tracks trust and investment accounts for overdrafts and reviews with officer for correcting. Provides operational support/account maintenance to Managers, Advisors, Client Development Officers or Relationship Managers with regard to PNC Advisors products. Assists in the processing of payments and/or disbursements, obtaining and forwarding information to/from clients, coding accounts and monitoring data. Initiating follow up as required. Assists in the research and development of operating procedures to resolve recurring issues. Acts as a liaison with operations and other support areas. Provides quality client service by responding to client inquiries and researching and resolves problems in a timely manner. Answers written correspondence handles telephone inquiries and other miscellaneous routine requests. Generates and maintains positive client relationships. Verify with clients that all requests have been satisfied. Provides Trust Administration and Investment support in compliance with PNC procedures. Assists in the processing of the Investment Advisory and Trust Departments standardized forms. Prepares documents necessary to present account information to Trust and
Investment Personnel.
Interpersonal Communications
Frequent interaction with all levels of management, clients and other employees. Summarizes and interprets information for others. Exceptional skills in dealing with high net worth clients - accounts requiring special handling. Access to client accounts and other confidential business-related information. Adheres to bank and regulatory policies is critical to provide high quality service and prevent fines. Properly executing job function enables Relationship Managers to spend more time calling on clients and developing new business.
