Candidates must be willing to commit to weekly travel to assigned client locations as the business dictates Preferred Qualifications (Oracle CORE / APPS DBAs) * 5 years+ experience of Oracle technology DBA * 10gRAC - Real Application Cluster on 2 or more industry-based platforms Oracle eBusiness Suite Architecture including good understanding of technology stack preferable * Server and application sizing and capacity planning * Server and application tuning for performance and scalability * Distributed and replication based architectures e.g. Streams, Multi-Master, etc. * Database security experience: ASO, AuditVault, DataVault etc. * High Availability/MAA experience * Oracle10g Disaster recovery experience: DataGuard, 3rdParty: SRDF, Metro-Clustering, etc. * Peoplesoft Database Application/Administration Experience * Performance testing experience * Advanced security (Virtual Private Database, Labels etc) * Networking, business intelligence * Database and application server internals * 3rdparty H/W or Storage related experience e.g. EMC, Network Appliance, HP * Strong communication, written, and presentational skills
