In every one of them is a team of inventive, capable people.committed to serving their customers and with the drive to meet demanding targets. job description This position will be on assignment in Europe supporting Dept. of Defense customer accounts. * Responsible for sales of entire HP product line to assigned accounts. * Responsible for attainment of a multi-million dollar quota. * Primary accounts are Department of Defense agencies. * Will be working on an account team driving new business and developing new opportunities for HP solutions. * Accurate and timely sales forecasting. * Face to face customer calls. * Responding to RFP’s. * Focus on retetion and penetration of existing accounts. * Represent HP to the customer and the customer to the HP in all sales oriented activities. * Establish a professional working relationship (up to executive level) with the client, and develop a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry. * Tailor strategy and solutions to meet the needs of the customer. * Interface with internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solution development.
Qualifications your profile
* Five or more years of successful sales experience calling on federal accounts. * Government experience in areas to include: Project Management, Customer Support and Network Management with a focus on communications and computer systems * Prior experience working with Department of Defense agencies in desirable. * Must have demonstrable track record of over quota achievement. * Excellent presentation skills to an executive level. * Strong knowledge of HP solutions. * Strong sales negotiation and influencing skills. * Experience working collaboratively on a virtual sales team. * Creativity * Ability to generate unique solutions to meet customer needs. * Experience working with federal system integrators such as CSC, General Dynamics and EDS is helpful. * Strong team player. * Must be goal oriented and extremely competitive. * Self driven * Accurate sales forecasting skills * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is desired.
