The BearingPoints Navy Team is currently searching for Business Consultants (Business Track). Locations:Lexington Park, MD ReLocation:No Travel Requirement:10% Performance Profile:

This position requires direct support to the Naval Air Systems Command clients in Lexington Park, MD. Scope of duties includes general project management, budgeting, technical writing, communication between the client - the project team - other government entities - and (in some cases) subcontractors, and leveraging technical expertise in order to advise clients in the right direction. Position-Required Skills Successful candidate must have a blend of the following skills with appropriate years of experience: - 4+ years of Air Battle Management / Air Weapons Management - 4+ years of DOD 5000 Acquisition experience - 4+ years of Information Assurance (systems, documentation) - 4+ years of exposure to the Aviation community as a pilot, navigator, systems engineer, maintenance, design engineer, or architect - 3+ years of Systems Engineering - 3+ years of Training experience (adult/professional audience) - 2+ years of government contracts, modifications to government contracts, client billing, and spend plan - The Public Services sector supports the DoD, requiring candidates to obtain a security clearance that requires US Citizenship. Position-Desired Skills - Strong leadership and management skills - Ability to work independently - Experience working on ACAT Programs of Record - 2+ years experience tracking Milestone B and/or C Documentation - NAVAIR Acquisition Management experience - Military Aviation background
