Manager SEC Reporting
Salary: $95,000 to $100,000
Responsible for managing the preparation of periodic SEC reports and other filings. Provides guidance regarding new accounting pronouncements, and identifies accounting transactions accordingly. Responsible for coordination and interface with external audit process and external financial reporting. Performs financial analysis and research of complex accounting and reporting issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Reviews GAAP, SEC and other guidelines to interpret and document their impact on business and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate should have the following qualifications:
• SEC reporting experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong computer literacy (Excel, Access)
• CPA preferred
• Public Accounting Experience preferred
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Candidate should posses a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and five-plus years of experience with financial analysis and reporting
LANGUAGE SKILLS
English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Candidate should have strong analytical skills.
Must be able to calculate linear footage for cable runs and cross connect limitations
Salary: $95,000 to $100,000
