~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Prepares proposal materials, including gathering, writing,
editing, verifying and formatting proposal information.

Ensures that all aspects of the proposals (Technical Scope, Staff
Qualification and Experience, Biographical Data, etc.) and other
marketing materials are consistently accurate and delivered in a
timely manner.

Prepares and develops materials for presentations.

Creates and produces sales, business development, and project
pursuit support materials such as brochures, presentations,
articles, etc.

May research markets, clients, competitors and projects.

May assist in the design of materials and/or coordinate
production of materials with graphic staff.

May coordinate presence at events such as trade shows,
conferences, conventions, etc., including reserving space and
ensuring availability of personnel and materials.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to work comfortably with peers and with more senior
members of the firm.

Professional attitude.

Strategic thinking and message development.

Outstanding writing and editing skills.

Ability to organize information and materials for clear and
concise presentation to clients.

Energetic, enthusiastic, loyal and committed to the firm and to
the specific projects he/she is responsible for.

Ability to juggle multiple assignments—and do each one well.

Graphic capability, sensitivity and judgment.

Proficiency in graphic design and layout programs such as
InDesign, Illustrator and/or CorelDraw.

Superior computer proficiency in all Microsoft applications.

BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related
field; 1-3 years of related experience.
