Consumer Impact Marketing, on behalf of American Express, is looking for engaging, confident individuals with direct sales experience to promote the Amex line of business and travel services.
In this role, you will work from a highly professional retail kiosk in a high traffic airport terminal, interacting with consumers, and providing them with information about the features and benefits of American Express financial products, with the objective of achieving credit card activations.
Although preference will be given to candidates with a demonstrated track record in sales, we are willing to train, and are interested in speaking with any mature professionals with the right drive, vitality, and interpersonal and communication skills about their candidacy for this exciting part-time sales opportunity!
Technical Skills Required:
• Ability to engage consumers and effectively communicate product features/benefit value in a direct sales environment
• Be able to uncover customer’s needs, manage and close sales opportunities
• Comprehend and retain product and service knowledge
• Intercept and engage clients, developing an instant rapport
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Overcome objections and secure activations to meet objectives
