The primary purpose of the quality assurance supervisor is to
oversee all operations of a quality assurance department.

Basic understanding of a laboratory environment; Bachelor degree
preferred; basic math and problem solving skills; ability to
make quick decisions and work in a fast paced environment;
familiarity with computers; ability to do more than one thing at
a time; strong leadership skills; attention to detail; ability
to organize, prioritize and delegate tasks effectively; strong
written and oral communication skills; team facilitation;
