DESCRIPTION:
Automotive subsidiary of large multinational corporation has an opening for a
has an opening for a Human Resources Supervisor in Kearney, NE. HR Generalist
role with supervisory responsibilities. Duties include: Lead improvement teams
focused on employee survey items. Responsible for leading HIRE team, interview
training, EEO/AAP, all Kearney salary staffing and internal promotion/transfer
administration. Develop and conduct supervisor training modules. Participate in
employee training and development planning. Participate in developing
comprehensive training effectiveness plan. Assist with compiling annual salary
survey, EBE assessments, ISO14001 audits and QS9000 audits. Participate in
salaried exempt and non-exempt recruiting and hiring. Master’s degree
required.
