~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Experienced mechanical technician able to perform assignments
that require the application of standardized drawing techniques.
Works with limited supervision with occasional advice from other
technicians. Requires experience in drafting of HVAC or plumbing
systems, and will work on all phases of the construction
documents. Has knowledge of procedures for production of design
developments and construction documents, a thorough knowledge of
engineering planning, drafting, and detailing. Requires field
observation of mechanical systems.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Associates Degree or applicable experience in mechanical
drafting.
2+ years experience in the field of HVAC or plumbing design of
buildings.
Strong computer skills (AutoCAD or Microstation and Microsoft
Office).
Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or
engineering firm.
Ability to prepare drawings and details.
Experience in commercial or institutional facilities.
