~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Project Architect/Project Coordinator to perform layout and
detailing. Should have production/design experience in
preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and
specifications. Establishes client and internal meetings and
participates in reviews with various governing agencies for code
compliance. Conducts design development and contract document
work sessions at project site in conjunction with Project Manager
and other disciplines. Is responsible to coordinate workload
through design development and construction document phases to
complete documents on schedule. Reviews architectural documents
for areas of conflict with all disciplines. Writes/edits
architectural specifications, and works directly with owner and
owners legal staff to establish and document the legal parameters
of the construction contract. Coordinates and assists, with
affected disciplines, with any addendum, RFIs, CPRs and change
orders and is responsible to incorporate agreed upon changes into
the project documents. Provides, on an as needed basis,
construction contract administration.

Bachelors Degree in Architecture required.

Masters Degree in Architecture preferred.

5-15 years commercial experience - healthcare a plus.

Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills.

Computer literate with MS Office, AutoCAD and/or Microstation.

Desire to pursue growth opportunities and obtain registration.

Can work in Omaha, Tampa or Boise office.<p>An Affirmative Action
