~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Responsible for accounting functions for all HDR departments.
Creates specialized financial reports unique to management needs.
Works directly with Project Manager to manage and coordinate
project accounting systems to determine project budgets,
invoicing, payables, receivables and other related project
financial information. Audits compliance with contractual
requirements, which may include invoicing and reporting format,
net fee projections and financial quality control. Review and
analyze financial statements. Advises management on financial
performance of projects. Assists Regional Director in preparation
and monitoring of department budget for general ledger accounts.
Supervises the collection of employee time and expense reports
and verifying project numbers, resource codes, and receipts.
Supervises accounting clerk(s) evaluates and makes staffing
recommendations, provides administrative assistance in
implementing and monitoring accounting policies. Responsible for
accounts receivable and payable processes. May select and /or
deal directly with vendors related to department operations. On
a select basis, communicates and corresponds directly with
clients with respect to invoicing, receivables and project
reporting.

BS in Accounting or Finance required.

CPA preferred

5-8 years accounting experience.

Advanced computers, Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Project.

Self-motivated, well-organized, detail oriented and able to work
both independently and as part of a team.
