JOB TITLE: Physical Therapist

DESCRIPTION:
Prestigious western Nebraska hospital is seeking two physical therapists to
join a progressive rehabilitation team of 20 PT's and PTA's. Therapy
concentration will be inpatient rehab with emphasis on acute orthopedics and
neuro. Neuro experience highly preferred.
This is a dynamic department that is headed up by a creative, hands-off
Director who is a PT with nine years at the helm of the department. Every PT
is treated as a practitioner. Director heads up a Rehab leadership team that
includes several board certified therapists. Department offers unparalleled
support through a unique, highly organized educational program developed and
implemented by the leadership team. Hospital offers full tuition reimbursement
from date of hire. Ideal environment for a new grad who wants to develop a
solid foundation or for the veteran PT who wants to rapidly enhance his/her
therapy skills.
Advancement is possible via a newly-developed clinical ladder.
SCHEDULE: 7A - 4 P or 9A - 6P. Every 4th or 5th weekend (1/2 day Saturday, 1/2
day Sunday) followed by a day off the next week. Eager therapists can pick up
extra weekend hours at $60/hour, if available.
