JOB TITLE: Water Treater Sales Representative

SALARY : $45000 - $75000


DESCRIPTION:

Institutional, Food & Beverage, Pest Elimination, Kay, Professional Products,
GCS Service, Textile Care, Vehicle Care and Water Care Markets. Sales are in
excess of $3 billion+ annually. They represent themselves in over 170

This Technical Sales position provides comprehensive recommendations, including
equipment and treatment options, to help our customers meet their toughest
environmental challenges and stay in compliance with all regulations. The
advanced technology for boilers and cooling water combines state-of-the-art
dispensing equipment and unique product technology, which improves safety and
reduces waste. Customers are served in the light industrial, food & beverage,
and commercial & institutional market segments.

The main responsibilities of this position are:sales, service and promotion of
existing and new value-added water treatment products to existing and new
accounts in the middle market within an assigned territory, learning your
customers operations, understanding their challenges and developing chemical
and equipment solutions to meet their needs, as well as training customers on
their water treatment solutions, conducting surveys and writing service
reports, conduct chemical tests on boiler water, cooling water and wastewater
and interfacing with operators, supervisors, engineers and plant management
(both written and orally).

Key qualifications are: 1. BS degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or
related science. 2. Substantial knowledge of chemistry. 3. Excellent
communication, interpersonal, organization, problem solving and follow up
skills. 4. Strong relationship management capability, with a desire to
succeed in a competitive sales environment. 5. Chemical, engineering and/or
mechanical background preferred.
