POSITION SUMMARY:



The incumbent will need to quickly learn a legacy IT system and understand the similarities and differences associated with the Company standard system.



The initial focus of the role will be to learn the customized legacy system and ultimately to lead the overall project to transition the business to the Corporate standard system.



PRIMARY ROLES AND PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:






Application Management
·
s


Provide end-user support for Microsoft SL (Solomon) and related applications such as Radio Beacon and Microsoft CRM.



·
s


Ensure application health through system performance monitoring, application of vendor upgrades and patches, regular back-ups, etc.



·
s


Manage and maintain relationship with third-party application maintenance providers.



·
s


Lead and support corporate initiatives to integrate applications and processes with other divisions.



Infrastructure Management
·
s


Provide end-user support for the local area network, telephone system, PCs and peripherals.



·
s


Ensure local compliance to the corporate infrastructure policies and standards.



·
s


Manage and maintain relationship with third-party infrastructure support providers.



Regulatory Compliance
·
s


Follow global standard operating procedures for system implementation and system maintenance.



Human Resources
·
s


Manage priorities and oversee activities of subordinates.



·
s


Adhere to policies for the development of subordinate skills.
