Description: Bachelors degree required. Experienced in the delivery of training or coaching. Ability to work independently and as a part of a matrixed team. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required. Project Management skills desired. An experienced Data Manager would be considered particularly with demonstrated ability in training design, development and delivery. Or a seasoned training and development professional with experience in developing training for electronic applications. Understanding of Pharmaceutical business needs, particularly the area of Data Management would be an advantage.
