KPMGs Center for Learning and Development (CLD) provides our 20,000 U.S. audit, tax, advisory, and support professionals the training they need to develop their capabilities and build their careers. CLD professionals collaborate to design, develop and deliver national training programs held in sites across the country, e-learning programs which connect instructors to a firmwide audience through virtual classroom technology, and a library of over 1,500 Web-based self-studies available on demand through Knowledger, our learning management system. By offering topics aimed at honing technical skills, building business acumen, and developing communication and leadership capacities, the CLD plays a key role in enabling our workforce to succeed in their current responsibilities, and to pursue their long-term goals. Responsibilities: - Consult with internal clients to anticipate and assess business needs for a specific program - Manage project plans, help ensure the design, development, delivery and measurement of programs - Manage program communications and budget - Manage professional subject matter and give instruction to designers, both internal and vendors, to develop the program - Provide input, leadership and direction into the formulation of program specific long-term and short-term goals, including providing recommendations for course improvement to leadership. - Provide performance management to associates and senior associates

Qualifications: - Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university - Five years of experience in learning and development within a large, corporate environment - Detail-oriented with excellent organization, collaboration and relationship management skills - Demonstrates strong project management capabilities including timing, resources, scope, budget rapid start and status - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong facilitation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point - Able to travel KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
