Description: Associate Direector - Finance to 135,000

A large, well-known consumer products company located in Morristown, NJ, has an excellent opportunity for an Associate Director of Finance in their Business Planning & Analysis group. This individual will manage profitability by developing and clearly communicating financial plans throughout the annual forecasting cycles and will provide leadership in the analysis of key business initiatives such as new product launches, pricing and other special projects. Other duties include participating in the monthly forecasting process, strategic planning and monthly reporting process, and assisting with journal entries and account reconciliations. Qualified candidates must have a B.S. in Finance or Accounting and 8 + years of related experience in a financial planning & analysis role with a consumer products company. MBA is also required.
