A large, well-known consumer products company located in Morristown, NJ, has an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for maximizing the ROI of medical marketing investments and for providing financial analysis related to medical marketing, sales and trade spend for one of the Companys business units. Specific duties will include calculating ROI of medical marketing activities and establishing recommendations for optimization, plan cost centers related to medical sales force, tracking actuals and analyzing variances, establishing commission plans and calculating payouts for the sales force. Other duties include tracking spending on medical marketing programs and implementing benchmarking strategies. Qualified candidates must have a B.S. in Finance or Accounting and 5 + years of related experience in a financial analysis within a medical or pharmaceutical environment. MBA is highly preferred.
