Description: Leadership Development Program Manager Location Corporate Headquarters - Newark NJ (0014) Job Function Human Resources No. of Positions 1 Job Description Provide program management for assigned leadership development programs such as the Supervisory Academy. Participate in the design of the Manager and future leadership development programs. Includes ensuring quality control of each program, identifying areas for redesign and improvement, coordinating program execution with faculty, internal subject matter experts, and executive speakers, managing the administrative support for facilities, materials and supplies, participating in needs assessment, redesign and redevelopment of program as needed to maintain alignment of program with Enterprise competencies, values and strategy. Develops and communicates annual program schedule, coordinates all requirements for program with the conference facility while managing to the budget, ensures complete and high quality participant materials, ensures flawless execution of computer related presentations during program, develops/oversees creation of slide show presentation during the program to be reproduced for each participant, manages pre-conference assessment center with vendor and all pre-conference materials with the participants and their managers. Manages the follow-up required by participants and managers after the completion of the program evaluating direction chosen and the effectiveness of the process. Provide Program Management for assigned leadership development programs. Conduct needs assessment, redesign and develop new training modules Maintain alignment of leadership development programs with company strategies, values and competencies. Ensure quality and best practice in leadership development programs. Maintains and applies working knowledge of PSEG standards for Business Controls and meet managements expectations for effective internal business controls. Required: .Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. .Minimum of six years experience in training, leadership and management development. .Strong project management, oral and written communication skills. .Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively at all levels of management. .Achieves Extraordinary Results-demonstrates a strong drive and sense of urgency around accomplishing tasks; takes ownership and responsibility for commitments and has pride in work. .Thought Leadership-ability to manage increasing levels of complexity and scope. .Champions and drives change-anticipates change when needed in his/her area of accountability; seeks to implement process improvements in his/her area. Desired: .MBA or equivalent advanced degree .Project Management Certification.
