Description This is a rotational / developmental position for individuals looking to broaden their experience and develop new skills. In this position, the individual will analyze training needs, develop required materials and conduct and/or supervise training classes. The assignment will last for a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 12 months. Responsibility: 1. Analyze customer, health management services and / or sales training needs and recommend, develop, deliver, execute and evaluate solutions. 2. Serve as first point of contact for clients during the execution of training proposals. 3. Manage training project within proposal budget and timeline constraints. 4. Source materials to meet training needs from internal sources or external vendors. 5. Design course materials, Leader’s Guides, exercises and training aids to support projects initial and ongoing training needs. 6. Deliver training courses through use of platform, classroom and presentation skills. Key Job Requirements: Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time, including spending approximately 2 days per months in the Parsippany Home Office Qualifications: Bachelor degree, with a minimum three to five years experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative, nurse educator or MSL. Must currently be in good standing with current or past project and be considered a top performer. Experience and/or management and the delivery of training programs a plus!
