For more information, please visitwww.dnb.com. General Purpose: Manage an assigned customer base of 30 - 40 active resellers representing $1.5M in accountability. Responsibilities: * Generate new business through the use of consultative selling, both in person and via phone. Timely follow-up of incoming inquiries offered through various channels (advertising, trade shows, email promotions etc.). * Maintain existing accounts through frequent customer contact to increase product usage and foster customer loyalty. Upgrading of renewal opportunities through account penetration and development. Strong closing efforts are needed to secure contracts and licenses in a timely manner. * Provide unparalleled customer service from initial orders through stages of production, delivery, follow-up applications to final collection of payments. Provides ongoing education (DunsRight) about D&Bs information database to customer’s sales team and the applications appropriate to their customers needs. Offer marketing consultation and expertise to customers ranging from novices to sophisticated marketers and high level executives. * Incorporates creativity, skills and knowledge to design account marketing strategies, proposals, paygo agreements and other customized long-term marketing programs. Updates management on high potential account status and sales projections on a weekly basis. * Must be able to coordinate and manage internal and external cross functional teams composed of sales, legal, finance, marketing and product team members in order to develop and negotiate complex data licensing arrangements.
Qualifications Skill-Based Competencies: * High energy and enthusiasm level * Excellent communication and organization skills * Actively participate as a Team Member * Strong new business and consultative selling experience * Strong relationship building and customer relations skills required. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree. Advanced degree preferred.
