Description: SOX Compliance Accounting Manager to 110,000
Global consumer products leader located in Morris County, NJ has an excellent opportunity for an Accounting Manager of SOX and Compliance. Primary responsibilities will include overall SOX compliance activities for the North American Business Units. Will also share responsibility for financial reporting and accounting. Will get involved in SOX 302 and SOX 404 compliance activities. Must have 5+ yrs of general accounting and internal controls experience. Position will ensure that financial statements are in accordance with GAAP standards. Will work closely with various business functions on control testing, and process improvement analysis. CPA or public accounting exposure is a plus. SAP is a plus. Experience within a larger Fortune 1000 corporate accounting department or consumer products company is a big plus. Good growth potential in this role. The company offers a competitive compensation package in the $90,000 to $110,000 range plus bonus and top benefits.
