Description: A minimum of an Associates degree with at least 6 years of experience in Customer Service, Accounts Receivable and/or Collections, Distribution, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, Project Management, or a related field, OR a Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of related experience is required. An MBA is preferred. Strong leadership skills are highly desired. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must. Strong collaboration, influencing and problem-solving skills are preferred. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a must. Experience with conflict resolution is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Call Center Management Systems (CTI, SAP, Siebel, CoAct, J&J Gateway Commerce, Internet, etc) is a plus. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Project Management experience is desired. Knowledge of SOX requirements is a plus.
