Job description Optim Technical Support is seeking a highly motivated Level 2 Tech Support Engineer to improve & support IBM Optims PeopleSoft offering that is skilled in analyzing complex problems in a disciplined manner and can clearly communicate solutions and workarounds to customers & colleagues. You will be responsible for activities related to the sustaining of IBM software solutions by performing highly complex technical analysis of problems. Using debugging and analyzing tools / software, product & solutions can be corrected and enhanced for product delivery to the IBM Optim client-base. You will be documenting problem information & activity in the tracking database and ensuring problem records are current & accurate. Performs problem resolution verification & provides status updates to team.
