Are you a Network professional interested in working with a variety of companies and environments?



We are searching for a Technical Field Service engineer for a stable growing Managed Services Provider to assist in troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of LAN, WAN and Desktop technologies.



Required Skills:



Exchange Server 2003 troubleshooting, installation and maintenance.






Windows Server / Active Directory troubleshooting, installation and maintenance.






Cisco PIX firewall and basic small-business WAN/LAN/Internet Circuit (T1, etc) troubleshooting, installation and maintenance.






Windows XP Desktop Support (spyware, application support, misc. desktop support issues).






Willing and able to invest personal time in order to keep up with an aggressive technical training program, including a home lab.






Extremely well-spoken and with superior writing skills; good telephone voice; skilled at communicating with all types of end-users.






CCNA, MCSE/MCSA, Network and A certifications (hopefully achieved within the last 2-3 years).
