Qualifications B.S Engineering in ME, EE, CE, etc. with five (5) + years progressive experience working in the systems engineering field supporting U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) clients is required. Masters in Engineering is highly desirable. Individual must have experience managing and/or coordinating the development and/or execution of complex systems engineering projects and be proficient in MS Office suite, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. Individual must be skilled in both oral and written communications and be able to prepare and present briefings to customers and staff and skilled in the use of various systems engineering software applications including CAD and MS Project. Our key contributor will be skilled in the interpretation and analysis of engineering specifications, drawings, and guidelines. A security clearance of Secret or higher is required for this position. Responsibilities You will support the Armament Research Development Engineering Center organization and the matrixes associated Program Executive Officer (PEO) and Project Manager (PM) customers in the development and fielding of munitions and armaments and related technologies. Your focus will be on the development and organization of complex technology systems. Planning, coordinating, and executing an interdisciplinary approach and means for enabling the realization and deployment of successful systems. Further you will be responsible for applying engineering techniques to the engineering of the systems, as well as the application of a systems approach to engineering efforts; creating and executing an interdisciplinary process to ensure schedule compliance along with customer and stakeholders being satisfied in a high quality, trustworthy, cost efficient manner throughout the systems entire life cycle, from development to operation to disposal.
