Description: Director - Finance Nuclear Location Nuclear - Salem NJ (0015) Job Function Finance / Accounting No. of Positions 1 Job Description Responsible for the leadership of the Nuclear Finance / Business Operations departments (Salem, Hope Creek and Peach Bottom). Directly supports operations with financial and analytical expertise and assists senior management to monitor and drive the achievement of business goals and strategic objectives. Must maintain and apply working knowledge of PSEG Standards of Business Controls and meet managements expectations for effective internal business controls. Responsibilities include the oversight and successful implementation of the following processes: Budgeting, Long Range Planning, Forecasting, Metrics, Business Planning, Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis and Co-Owner functions. The position also has the responsibility as the Corporate Functional Area Manager for Business Operations. The position reports to the Vice President of Power Finance and is matrixed to the Senior Vice President of Nuclear Operations. Required: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent degree, with 7 to 10 years experience demonstrating increasing responsibility. Demonstrated ability to function effectively in teams and in executive presentations. Must be comfortable managing in a matrix environment. Must meet Nuclears requirements for unescorted site access. Desired: MBA Degree with experience in nuclear generation.
