POSITION SUMMARY:
Job Title = Developer, Project Leader, DB Administrator, Systems Analyst, etc.
-Creation of reporting environment and several reports for the Remedy v7 implementation effort.
-Remedy is a service management tool that facilitates incident, problem, change, configuration and service level management for its global user community of over 2,000 help desk agents, infrastructure support staff, software technicians and SSC staff.
-Project and reporting development team leadership and requirements analysis, design, documentation.
