Description: Responsible for receiving and setting up room service orders and delivering and serving food and beverage items in guest rooms. Ensures that guest checks are handled accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist room service staff in stocking supplies setting up orders and delivering food and beverage items as requested in a timely manner. Ensure that guest checks are handled accurately, efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Floor sweeps are periodically completed to retrieve room service items. Must have excellent guest service skills and be available to work a flexible schedule.
