The Plant Maintenance Manager will oversee the total maintenance of the facility, including scheduling & budgeting functions for machinery, facilities, and utilities. This position manages an overall staff of 22 employees.


Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food production facility
Prior supervisory experience
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain budgets
Knowledgeable and Experienced regarding PSM (Process Safety Management), RMP (Risk Management Program), HAZOP (Hazard and Operability), Permitting and Certification in ammonia refrigeration systems desired.
Knowledgeable of Waste water Treatment System. Including testing and calibration of COD, TSS and pH testing equipment, Colorimeters and flow devices.

Bachelor's degree OR a minimum of 20 years of maintenance experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
