Our client is a fast growing high-tech wireless oriented company with world
wide rcognition and success.

They seek a strong team player and process-oriented individual to join our
Operations team.

In this role of NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for:


· Introduction of new products from product concept through to transition
into volume production and on-going production support for PC Card, Mini
Card, and rugged mobile wireless data products. · Participating in the
development team as the manufacturing expert, providing input on DFx and
coordinating hardware builds. · Maintenance of Item Master and BOM data. ·
Generating and managing the successful implementation of engineering and
marketing changes into manufacturing. · Technical liaising between contract
manufacturers and engineering for all process, test, and quality issues.

Requirements:5+ years experience working in an electronics manufacturing and
product development environment. Experience with wireless technology
manufacturing and testing is an asset. · BS degree in a related field. ·
Experience in high-density SMT, lead-free manufacturing processes,
functional test, PDM/PLM systems, reliability testing, EDI, and SQL/Access
databases. · Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills within
a multi-disciplinary organization. · Experience working in an ISO
environment and creating ISO quality procedures. · Willing to travel for
extended periods of time. · Self-starter that is able to multitask,
practices continuous improvement, and is detailed oriented. Please quote
