Position Description:
â a Develops and leads a professional retail sales team to ensure achievement of store/kiosk revenue targets, operational goals and 100% customer satisfaction. â a Hires, trains, and develops sales staff in retail store/kiosks. Meets assigned sales performance and profitability criteria. â a Sets appropriate individual performance standards for the store/kiosk in line with national standards. â a Facilitates and participates in weekly staff training/educational sessions to increase knowledge, create high levels of motivation, and inspire team to achieve results. â a Develops, implements and monitors store prospecting plan to increase sales. â a Establishes and monitors store/kiosk work schedules and staffing issues to effectively manage payroll expenses. â a Exhibits a high level of leadership presence within all aspects of the business and other internal departments. â a Effectively manages profit and loss responsibility for store/kiosks and protects company assets. â a Analyzes various business reports for trend analysis and strategic planning purposes. â a Responsible for all functions of the retail store/kiosk to include sales, customer service, inventory, and technical troubleshooting. â a Maintains internal visual merchandising and in-store displays and ensures store appearance meets company standards at all times. Maintains proper inventory controls, facilitates inventory transactions and maintains compliance with AT&T store standards. â a Performs daily sales paperwork audits for accuracy. Manages daily cash handling and accounts payable activity. â a Analyzes transactions to continuously find methods to simplify procedures, improve processes, and maximize resources. Position Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications â a 3-5 years management experience in the telecommunications and/or retail industry. â a 3-5 years sales experience, including prospecting, telemarketing and/or outside sales. â a Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards. â a Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. â a Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. â a Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. â a Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax. â a Ability to work at multiple locations within district preferred.
