Shares responsibility with the District Manager to ensure that policies and procedures are followed in each supervised office to ensure client satisfaction through a consistent positive experience. DMiT engages in training to ultimately oversee the operation of a given number of Tax Retail offices within a specified geographic area.
JOB DUTIES * Assist the District Manager in the operation and management of the district to ensure successful implementation of Company policy and procedures across assigned tax offices. * Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and on-going supervision of seasonal and off- season associates within the district. Responsible for associate acquisition and retention through creative and prescribed methods. * Coordination of TTS classes and upper level training activities. Recruiting and assigning instructors ensuring each instructor is paid timely and according to the correct pay structure. * Client relations support through timely processing of Peace of Mind and Client contacts to ensure completion of claims and increase the probability of return next year. * Shared responsibility for scheduling and monitoring labor, overrides, office shut-down, invoice approval, associate awards events and meetings. * Coordinate and promote District TTS and Local Advertising Programs as well as Public Relations activities. * Participate in strategic planning along with other field leaders to ensure that the direction of the business is appropriate and positioned to achieve its goals and objectives. * Attend district, regional and national meetings and represent the interests of the assigned districts. * Other duties, as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS · Strong leadership qualities (or skills) and a proven track record of success in leadership roles. * Bachelors degree in Business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * One to three years of business experience. * Experience in a retail work environment. * Strong customer relationship skills with the desire and proven ability to work in a diverse work setting. * Demonstrated effective interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills. * Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
