BASIC FUNCTIONS: Reports to Store Manager. Performs following duties personally or supervises employees performing duties: Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties. Directs workers preparing merchandise and displays. Supervises employees engaged in, or performs, sales work, taking of inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records, or preparing daily record of transactions. Orders merchandise or prepares requisitions to replenish merchandise on hand. Insures compliance of employees with established security, sales and record keeping procedures and practices. Perform retail sales persons duties when necessary. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 3-5 years retail sales experience. 1-2 years management experience. Strong supervisory knowledge. Ability to act quickly and decisively under pressure. Motivated, flexible, and improvement-minded. Ability to work weekends. PLUS FACTORS: Knowledge of Oakley products. Outgoing personality. Bilingual English/Spanish.
