We serve our customers with one-call customer service efficiently handled by caring associates using our proprietary OPENnet? software. The Agent Channel Sales Operations Support Team is an integral part of Broadview Networks Marketing Organization and our mission is to offer competitively priced, value-added voice, data, and Internet services that meet the needs of our target customers. The primary objective of the Agent Field SOS team is to manage and coordinate the evolution of leads submitted by our Agent Channel into clean service orders in preparation for the service delivery phase of the product or service. The Agent Field SOS will coordinate all facets of the order process in a professional, efficient manner. Responsibilities:
* Qualify New or Existing services on Broadviews Network, providing the best possible solution and pricing available * Analyze competitive phone bills and/or Customer Service Records to prepare cost analysis reflecting Broadview savings on a monthly and yearly basis. * Work closely with external Agents and Channel Managers to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quotas * Order Review for accuracy, completeness, and data integrity * Order Entry in the Operational Support System * Communication and follow up of Incomplete Orders, Rejected Orders, or Orders placed On Hold. Requirements: * Ability to multi-tasking in faced paced, diverse sales environment * Ability to work in a deadline driven environment * Computer skills ? extensive knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word * Excellent communications skills - written & verbal * Team oriented - self starter with ability to work w/ diverse group * Detail oriented & organized * CLEC or Telecom experience a plus * Prior sales support and/or administrative work * Some college preferred Broadview Networks is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/H/V
