Description: Position Summary: Proactively source, acquire and expand customer relationships by maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring customer retention by creating a consistent, superior Citibank experience for all current and prospective customers. Position Responsibilities: . Provide exceptional service delivery to our internal and external customers: . Provide a full range of banking services to individual customers and businesses, emphasizing personal financial counseling (Citipro), lending and customer service. Maintain and deepen customer relationships with consumer and business clients. . Develop strategies to grow the client base and implement appropriate sales plans to target prospective customers as well as external business development opportunities. . Execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies that are aligned with the Financial Center's business plan to achieve desired revenue and service hurdles. . Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate. . Transform service transactions to sales opportunities. . Resolve customer complaints/issues promptly and effectively. . Support sales/service activities within the Financial Center by participating in seminars, micro-marketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc. . Achieve personal production goals by expanding existing relationships and acquiring new business, utilizing effective calling techniques and leveraging all bank products and services. . Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets. . Proactively educate customers on utilizing available access channels (i.e. ATM, Online and Telephone Banking). . Establish and maintain key relationships and business contacts within the community and targeted industry segments and strategic initiatives (including Bank at Work) to create opportunities for growth. . Demonstrate teamwork within the Financial Center and treat co-workers as valued customers. . Provide ongoing coaching to Tellers and Personal Banker Associates to effectively identify referral opportunities. . Embrace and role model all aspects of Our Shared Responsibilities.
