Primary responsibility includes achieving assigned sales quota through the technical marketing and sale of Eaton Powerware UPS to Specifying Consultants, Architects, Design Build Electrical Contractors, and End Users. Require the ability to proactively target projects in the design stage through developing and/or leveraging industry relationships in an effort to position Eaton Powerware brand of UPS as a preferred product in specifications and drawings. Must demonstrate and deliver exceptional customer service, technical competencies, and ability to network within the industry. Specific responsibilities include: - Effectively represent Eaton Powerware UPS products and solutions in the market from a technical and features position - Provide leadership and guidance, on the application of Eaton Powerware UPS products and solutions - High level of confidence to cold call on call on perceptive end users and customers - Ability to perform account mapping and planning activities to drive Eaton growth initiatives at target accounts - Provide technical product presentations - Review specifications and provide sales strategies and guidance - Coordinate customer witness testing requirements with the plant - Provide in-house product demonstrations for sales prospects - Provide internal project management as needed in support - Sales forecasting, budget and quota responsibilities

Job Qualifications Bachelors degree required, preferably in electrical engineering. 3 PH UPS function, application and configuration knowledge and experience required. Must have excellent organization and computer skills in addition to a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a desire to actively contribute to the groups success. Knowledge of low voltage distribution gear, ATS, transformers, standby Generators, power monitoring and metering beneficial. The successful candidate will also possess excellent problem solving as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous management of a technical sales force beneficial.
