.Net Quality Assurance Testers

Our Ottawa based client is currently seeking five (5) .Net QA Testers for 6 month contract opportunities beginning early March 2008. The .Net QA Testers will be responsible for scripting and execution of all functional, regression and integration QA testing activities for the .Net Applications. The QA Testers will be part of the .Net application test team, reporting to the product test manager.

Mandatory:
- Experience using automated testing tools for .NET windows and/or web applications
- Minimum 3 years of software testing experience
- Intermediate knowledge of process flow, software development and project life cycles for business applications
- Experience using Test Director, Mercury or other relevant testing tools
- Experience with .NET

Intermediate technical knowledge in:
- Relational databases
- Client/server applications
- Data-driven applications
- Integrated business application environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
