JOB SKILLS
Functional consultant to take over implementation of 11.5.9 HRMS,
Self-Service, and iRecruitment as well as integration with ADP for payroll
Recruitment functionality is highest priority so we need to implement the
minimum functionality to have a working recruitment system in place. We do
not plan to deploy iRecruitment externally but will have a custom internet
app for applications. We want to interface these to iRecruitment or
standard HRMS Recruitment functionality.
Other processes that we've been focusing on are People Management and
Absense Management
Benefits setup is needed in order to properly interface benefit deduction
information to ADP. Full implementation of OAB is planned for later phase.
Requirements gathering is 80% complete, To Be Design is 25% complete - need
someone to take over where previous consultant left off
Consultant needs to have very good understanding of HR business processes as
well as Oracle knowledge
Technical understanding is also needed
Consultant needs to have good communication skills and is easy to understand
