Oracle DBA

-- 6yrs of overall experience as a Oracle DBA -- Oracle SAP DBA
experience -- A MUST -- Oracle database upgrades for SAP applications
including ERP Central Component (ECC), Business Intelligence (BI),
Enterprise Portal (EP), Solution Manager (SM), SLD, and NWDI. --
Installing and patching of SAP Oracle on IBM AIX platforms -- A MUST
-- SAP experience on IBM DB2 -- Preferred -- Knowledge of Unix
(Solaris, Aix etc) -- SAP OS/DB migration certification and Oracle 10
and 11 are desirable. -- Experience working on Government/Public
Services projects -- Preferred

-- Support and migrate the SAP Oracle databases from a SUN UNIX
platform to IBM DB2 databases on IBM AIX. - A MUST -- Provide Oracle
database support for other Oracle database applications. --
Identifying, planning and execution of SAP database reorganizations --
Performance tuning of SAP Oracle databases including use and
understanding of relevant SAP and Oracle parameters for this activity.
-- Monitoring of SAP Oracle databases including use and understanding
of relevant and SAP transactions for this activity. -- Performs
advanced professional technical system support and maintenance for
client's databases in the areas of design, development, installation,
operation, maintenance and support to ensure the client's use of
technology supports its current and future business practices;
installs, maintains, and implements DBMS software and support tools.
