Oracle Federal Budget Execution Lead for BearingPoint

DETAILS:
Position : Oracle Federal Budget Execution Lead
Start : ASAP
Type : Permanent/Fulltime
Salary : $90K base
Location : Rockville, MD and requires apprx. 20% travel to 12 client area office across US office

Required Skills:
Functional : Oracle Federal BE module, GL module, federal budgetary accounting, requirements analysis, fit/gap analysis, gap closure analysis, business process analysis, module configuration, conference room pilots and workshops, testing, and reports.
Years of Experience: 2 minimum
Required Industry Experience: Federal

Preferred Skills:
Preferred Technical: Basic Oracle Applications technical skills, including knowledge of tables, SQL, TOAD.
Functional: Federal or commercial experience .

Position Profile:
Budget Execution Lead
Responsible for implementation of Oracle Federal BE module, including requirements analysis, fit/gap analysis, gap closure analysis, business process analysis, module configuration, conference room pilots and workshops, testing, and reports. This client-facing role reports to Business Analysis Team Lead. Must be able to coordinate activities with the client, fellow module leads, technical team, and business transformation team.
Functional: Strong knowledge of Oracle Federal BE and GL module and federal budgetary accounting.
Years of Experience: 2 minimum
Preferred Technical: Basic Oracle Applications technical skills, including knowledge of tables, SQL, TOAD.
Functional: Federal or commercial experience
Federal Clearance : Do not currently have to have the clearance, but must be clearable.
