Associate Director
(level to be determined based upon credentials and experience of selected candidate) to join our Clinical Data Management team at our Chadds Ford, PA Corporate Headquarters.





The
Clinical Data Management Senior Manager /Associate Director
is an integral member of the CDM management team. This role supports the Development Teams by providing data management oversight for clinical programs and subject matter expertise for the data management functional area. This includes direct support through development of project level data strategy, design of project and study level data collection instruments and databases, collection, and integration of high quality data, support electronic submission. In addition to project responsibilities, this role is responsible for supporting the Director in department leadership and mentoring of other CDM staff.



This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in clinical data management, experience utilizing EDC and other data capture and management technology and experience in effectively collaborating with vendors to deliver quality work products.
s This role requires knowledge of the drug development and study conduct processes and of regulations related to Data Management and clinical research such as CFR Title 21, ICH Guidelines, EU Directives, and GCP. This role also requires that you be proficient in EDC/RDC (e.g. RAVE, Inform, PDS Express), have experience in basic SAS / SQL programming and have an understanding of CDISC, SDTM and other industry standards.
