~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Our client has an URGENT need for a Senior PeopleSoft HR
consultant. Consultant will be responsible for:<br> 1. To
identify define and document a toolkit (paper and system) that
will be used to be Sarbanes-Oxley compliant in Human
Resources.<br> 2. To identify define and document a proposal on
implementation steps/tasks for application of the toolkit as it
pertains to HR projects and HR day-to-day operations.<br> 3. To
identify, define and document target business functions/systems
within customer's Human Resources that are applicable to
Sarbanes-Oxley.<br> 4. To identify, define and document a
proposal for resource allocation for managing Sarbanes-Oxley in
an on-going capacity. This would also include roles and
responsibilities for each resource allocation.<br>

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
* 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years of Human
Resource consulting.<br> * High level exposure with
Sarbanes-Oxley requirements in a HR environment.<br> * Four-year
college degree.
