Description: Our client in Horsham is currently looking for a QA Testing Engineer to join their team. This position is responsible for generating and executing test plans, developing test automation environment and test tools, and writing test scripts.

Primary Accountabilities
• Create and execute test plans (functional, system integration and performance,) procedures, and acceptance criteria during the development of applications running on Windows and UNIX platforms.
• Generate and execute test scripts using appropriate scripting languages to test applications including Interactive TV applications.
• Review and verify requirements for validity with an emphasis towards product testability and verification.
• Analyze, isolate, report and track defects found during testing

Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum two years experience working in a software test environment involving writing test procedures, designing test cases, executing test plans and using automated test tools.
• Software development experience in .NET.
• Experience in generating test scripts written in PHP, PERL or Unix Shell & developing automated testing tools using the .NET Framework or any other test environment.
• Working experience with HTML, Java Script, IIS, Web Services and Database.
• Experience testing Web based application
• Skilled in detail bug reporting and problem analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are needed, as well as an ability to multitask, collaborate, and work well within both a team environment and independently.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
