Description: Technical Lead (2) will do about 50% development work and 50% PM/other things. Need to have very good comm skills, be an expert Java developer (Beans, EJB, JavaScript, etc) and ideally come out of a small shop .... only 15 or so developers and they must have a strong background with the entire SDLC....salary to 125K. Available immediately.
