Description: 265615 Job Title: Collect/Recovery Team Ldr 1 Location: Philadelphia,PA, Pennsylvania 19107-0000 United States Hrs/Wk: 40 Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide collaborative leadership and guidance to a team of credit counselors focusing on reducing delinquency and gross losses for consumer group products. Provide regular coaching and development to staff members. Monitor and analyze team member performance, provide continuous constructive feedback by utilizing observation, monitoring and statistical reports. Guide team members through problem resolution. Provide coaching feedback to keep team members motivated and focused to improve performance. Be a change agent by communicating and supporting the business strategy. Be a conduit for effective and timely communication among all levels of the organization. REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years Collection experience (multi product environment, preferred)0-2 years leadership experience (single or multi product collection environment or customer service)Thorough working knowledge of various software applications in a PC environmentThorough understanding of Collection laws and regulations and/or Wachovia credit policies and practices5 plus years Customer Service experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with Auto dialer technology Monday through Friday, 4 days from 8 AM to 5 PM and 1 day from 8 AM to 9PM and at minimum 1 Saturday per month from 8 AM to 1 PM Wachovia
