Job Objective: Design, Develop, Maintain, and Support Software Implemented
for company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

a.. Develop Applications software tools to automate, improve, or change
business processes and procedures
b.. Utilize software development life cycle methodologies, processes, and
procedures
c.. Become familiar with company's Application Software systems
d.. Work with peers, team leaders, and supervisors in a collaborative and
shared-learning environment
Job Requirements:

a.. Familiar with UniBasic or other Pick based languages.
b.. Aptitude for analyzing data and business processes.
c.. Ability to work in a fast paced multitasking environment.
d.. Excellent communication skills with users at various levels within the
branches and HQ.
e.. Versatility to work as a team member as well as individually.

a.. Ability to focus on specific tasks in stressful situations.
b.. Adaptable to changing priorities.
